Anita Vijaykrishnan is the Vice President, IT Applications Technology Services at VMware. In February 2017, she joined VMware and manages Application Integrations Development, Applications L2 Support, Integrated IT Quality Assurance and Release Planning and Metrics. Anita is the Country Head for All India IT and represents IT in the cross-functional leadership team that manages VMware India. She brings over two decades of diverse expertise and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from TISS. She started her career as a HR professional before transitioning into technology management.

Prior to VMware, she worked with Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) and spent over a decade playing multiple roles as a technology leader with her last assignment being the leader for Engineering Operations and Program Management. At HTS, she was a part of multiple transformation initiatives within IT and the Engineering group. Anita originally hails from Mumbai and considers Bengaluru as her second home.

Chhavi is the Director Talent Management, and has worked in 6 different industries, 8 cities and 11 homes over the last 20 years. She has worked with various organisations like ITC, UBS, TESCO as an independent coach and facilitator. In the space of D&I and Leadership Development, she brings a diverse and deep expertise in building and investing in talent across all aspects of an employee experience journey.

Since 2016, she has donned many hats at VMware, working with leadership teams and assisted in developing the employees and their talent that has led to business impact. She currently leads Talent Management for VMware globally.

She calls Bengaluru her home and believes “never say never” to new experiences and places. Her work gives her tremendous joy along with her two children whom she loves. She is a voracious reader and describes her work values as debating purposefully and guiding mindfully.

Neha is the Director for Premier Services for APAC at VMware and is responsible for managing the strategy, performance and operations of the Premier Services organization for the APAC region across India, SEAK & ANZ. Neha comes from engineering background and began her career as a developer. She joined VMware in 2010 and has worn many hats during her stint here. As a technology focused leader, she has led multiple initiatives in individual contributor capacity and as a people leader.

Neha comes with extensive experience in customer facing roles delivering business outcomes. She is also passionate about Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, especially in context of women in technology. She leads an in-house D&I program with group of like-minded individuals to make a difference to the community.

Sharad Sharma has over two decades of experience in the Internet, Enterprise Software and Infrastructure markets and is a prominent voice in India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He has co-founded iSPIRT Foundation, a think tank focused on building the software product ecosystem in India. He is a member of SEBI’s Financial and Regulatory Technology Committee, RBI’s MSME Lending Committee and a special invitee to the National Digital Payments Committee. He has also chaired the Product Forum at NASSCOM. Prior to this, he headed Yahoo! India R&D where he led product engineering for all emerging markets and some global products. He has also held senior R&D role at VERITAS, Symantec, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. He was given the R&D Visionary Award by Zinnov in 2008.

Sharad co-founded Teltier, a wireless infrastructure startup now part of CISCO and is an active technology angel investor through LetsVenture. Sharad was the Chairperson of the IEEE Student Chapter while at the Delhi College of Engineering, and started its Minicomputer Club in 1984.

Pradeep Nair is the Vice President and Managing Director for VMware India. He leads VMware sales and marketing operations in the region and oversees VMware’s strategic partnerships and alliances. Pradeep comes with an extensive experience and deep expertise in the cloud, SaaS and subscription business transformation space. He is a passionate advocate of the India opportunity and believes that technology holds the power to change lives by enabling the country to leapfrog to a new era of universal access to citizen services and information. Before joining VMware in August 2019, Pradeep was the Managing Director - India and South Asia at Autodesk, where he accelerated the firm’s transition to a subscription/cloud business model that delivered significantly improving outcomes for its customers. Previously, as a Director of IBM Software Group, he led IBM's software business unit in India. In addition to growing the business, he championed developer relations and academic initiatives that drove mass adoption of IBM technology among India's significant developer and student communities. Pradeep is an engineer from the University of Bombay and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta.

A feminist at heart, with a strong belief that an inclusive organizational culture brings about the best in teams and individuals. Tina has played various strategic and leadership roles in her 20+ years of work experience. Tina currently heads Diversity and Inclusion for ThoughtWorks, India. She has run initiatives including the Humanitarian Software Program, which partnered with non-profit organizations to provide pro-bono s/w development services. Tina is part of the Board of Trustees for Solidarity Foundation, a non-profit which works towards the welfare of sex workers and sexual minorities. She also enables a safe and equitable workplace for employees, through Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) forum at ThoughtWorks. Tina recently won the Trailblazer Women in Corporate Awards 2019 for Diversity presented by Women's Web and the HerRising Award by JobsforHer for Rising as a Women Leader in Diversity and Inclusion -2019.

Lalana has over 19 years of experience in the areas of Operations and Leadership Development. She joined Navgati in September 2013 and facilitates workshops in the area of people development. She is a certified MBTI facilitator and is under training to become a certified ICF coach. Before joining Navgati, Lalana co-founded Printo. As the Director of Operations, she led a team of 160 people, and part of her work included leading training and development across the organisation. Previously, Lalana worked in diverse industries, from her family business in Bombay to the multinational company Xerox Ltd. Lalana has an MBA from Nottingham University Business School (UK) and has a Green Belt in Six Sigma. She has been a guest lecturer at IIM-B and other business schools on the topic of entrepreneurship. Outside of work, Lalana enjoys playing the piano, acting and writing fiction. She also loves to teach people how to drive assertively.

Sunitha’s career of 23 years (after graduating with a post graduate degree in management from IIM-B in 1995) has spanned a range of roles and industries from advertising to leading marketing teams to being a senior facilitator and coach. Today Sunitha co-runs Navgati, known in the industry for unique and creative learning interventions. She is a PCC level coach and a practicing therapist. Her training in areas like Transactional Analysis, Psychodrama, Clinical Hypnosis and NLP allows her to bring depth and creativity to the 1:1 work she does with clients. Sunitha also leads the ICF coach training programs that Navgati offers and has trained over a hundred people to be coaches. Her last assignment prior to this was GM Marketing with BP Energy where she was a key member of the management team responsible for setting up a new venture aimed at providing renewable energy solutions to bottom of the pyramid consumers.

Sayali is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for Paysense; where she heads the Business, Sales and Operations department. Prior to Paysense, Sayali was the co-founder of a mobile start-up in India called Outsy; where she led the Business, Operations, Content and Marketing functions. Before moving to India for entrepreneurial ventures, Sayali worked for Final Mile, a behavioural science consulting firm setting up their US business in Chicago. Sayali started her post MBA career as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, Chicago where she worked on Growth Strategy, Business Transformation and M&A projects for big box retailers and large consumer goods companies in the Consumer and Retail practice. Before her MBA, she was a project manager in telco giant AT&T for 5 years in Bay Area, California. Sayali holds a Bachelor’s degree from National University of Singapore and completed her Master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Veena has over 17 years of experience ranging from Sales, Operations, Customer Service to People Development across FMCG, Banking and IT sectors. She leads the People Development for VMware India since Jan’18. She is a certified practitioner in DiSC® and the HBDI® and is training in Organization Development. Working in Australia has given her the benefit of not only understanding the business face in an organization, but also experiencing and appreciating another culture. She loves being around people and firmly believes that the right people are really the competitive advantage of any organization in today’s world. She enjoys learning and working alongside people be it through workshops, coaching or discussions to support the development of individuals, teams and organizations. She has facilitated over 500 workshops ranging from sales excellence, personal effectiveness to team performance.

Hema Ravichandar is a Strategic HR Advisor with about 36 years of industry experience. She currently advises several Indian and multinational corporations and is on the Board of several companies. Until 2005, Hema was the Senior Vice-President and Global Head of Human Resources for Infosys Technologies. In this capacity she designed and drove the HR agenda for Infosys globally, as it scaled up from 250 employees in 1992 to 40,000 employees in 2005. Under her HR Leadership, Infosys won several ‘Best Employer of the Year’ awards in India and was placed in Top 100 rankings, overseas. She started her career at Motor Industries Company Limited (MICO), now Bosch India from 1983 to 1992. She has won several awards and accolades including three HR Professional of the Year Awards and listings amongst the “25 Most Powerful Women in India” and “Successful Women Professionals in IT”. Hema has held positions in industry bodies and was a member of several juries including The National Executive Board of NHRDN. Hema was also a Managing Committee Member of the Non-Executive Directors in Conversation Trust (NEDICT). She is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Balaji heads the Enterprise Architecture team at VMware IT. His team is responsible for the enterprise architecture and design for all key business domains and systems supporting VMware customer and business operations. Balaji is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience. He has successfully launched, directed, and managed large-scale global IT projects/programs. Balaji comes with extensive experience and deep expertise in entitlement management, SaaS and subscription domain. He leads the VMware on VMware initiative for India and is passionate about apps modernization, CI/CD and DevOps as a culture to drive digital transformation within an enterprise. Before joining VMware, he was the Delivery Lead with Accenture India, responsible for solution architecture and delivery of large scale-customer transformation programmes.

Sajid is an experienced professional in Strategic Consulting and Open Source Evangelist. He launched his career with managed services on strategies related to OpenStack based public cloud. Sajid built cloud competency, migration framework, divestments/alliance, leading multiple GTM initiatives with CSPs (AWS/GCP) and customer engagements for enterprise workloads. Sajid provided management consultancy to various external and internal teams, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, and other executive leadership teams on joint venture, organization transformation, M&A led digital transformation and new market roll out. Sajid was the former GCP GSI champion and former OpenStack ambassador cum founding member of the OpenStack community in India. Prior to joining VMware, he worked with Wipro, Reliance Jio, NetApp, and Mphasis. Sajid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Silicon Institute of Technology. He was a regular speaker at various technical conferences about happenings in the OpenSource World. Sajid loves coffee roasting, brewing, blending, travelling, storytelling, long boarding/fund-raising activities, hosting terrace barbeques and backpacker community.

With an overall experience of 19 years in IT, Anitha Prasad has worked as a Technical Consultant and Architect in various domains over the years. She started her career with end computing technologies like Patching, Antivirus solution imaging and Endpoint backup and later moved to Datacenter technologies like Server storage platforms, Virtualization, Cloud technologies, Collaboration tools. Anitha is a senior member of DMTS (Distinguished Member of Technical Staff) which is a cadre of expert technologists who have the proficiency and thought leadership to shape Wipro's technology roadmap. DMTS is a recognition and career enablement platform for architects who aspire to work on cutting edge technology. She has recently been nominated as the Diversity and Inclusion Champion for the CIO function and currently heads the end-user services within Wipro CIO function.

Adding to the achievements, Anitha is a Computer Science Graduate and secured 8th rank for the state of Karnataka. She loves to sing, dance and listen to music.

Vandana is a Computer Engineer from Pune University (2001) by education and holds a diploma in management from IIM Bangalore (2011). She spent close to 15 years in the business world in various roles spanning across technology consulting, project management/delivery and sales with large organizations such as PwC India, Deloitte Consulting US and Cognizant Technology Solutions. She ventured into entrepreneurship in 2013 and currently runs a marketing solutions firm providing content syndication and lead generation services to media agencies in US and EU. Vandana joined Navgati in 2016 to pursue her passion for facilitating learning in individuals and teams. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her facilitation style is rooted in the concepts of coaching and inquiry with a healthy dose of instruction.

At Navgati, she facilitates workshops in the area of business communication, assertiveness and people management. Her USP is her ability to use her diverse work experiences to relate to participants of varied backgrounds – be it client servicing/sales, engineering or people managers.

She enjoys bringing in fresh approaches into the classroom to facilitate learning. Her latest skill is in using improv theatre and play as a medium to deepen the learning experience.

Global CXO executive with more than 23 years of experience working across Fortune 500 Financial Services companies, as a catalyst for the digital transformation, customer experience, design thinking, IoT and robotics, applications and infrastructure re-engineering, large applications transformations, infrastructure modernisation, an orchestrator of enterprise wide digitisation of business processes, promoting usage of social media technologies and machine learning, data warehouse modernization – introducing extensive usage of big data, data lake and complex data analytics, machine learning, and robotics for enhanced customer service, customer social media feedback analytics, and recommendation engines/chatbots for digital channels, data centres consolidation, human resources transformation in IT etc. Shiv has also been a TEDx speaker multiple times.

Sindhu Gangadharan is SVP and Managing Director of SAP Labs in India, responsible for SAP’s development facilities in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai and Gurgaon. SAP Labs India is the largest R&D center outside SAP’s headquarters in Germany and a leading hub for innovation and a hot spot for talent and diversity.

Sindhu joined SAP two decades ago, when SAP Labs India had just set up its operations in Bengaluru. She later moved to SAP’s headquarters in Walldorf, Germany, working on various products, technology and innovation platforms, and has held several strategic and leadership positions managing global teams. She has studied Computer Science Engineering from Bengaluru University and began her career at SAP in the CRM Middleware space.

Sindhu has played a pivotal role in shaping SAP’s Integration strategy by growing SAP’s Integration product portfolio as Head of Product Management for SAP Cloud Platform Integration, IoT and SAP Process Orchestration. Her deep technical expertise and business knowledge led her to head the critical integration function in SAP's Technology and Innovation organization in the Office of the CTO.

As SAP introduced the Intelligent Enterprise strategy, Sindhu was asked to head SAP’s strategic and global Intelligent Enterprise Program reporting into SAP’s Executive Board. She has been instrumental in bringing to life SAP’s vision and strategy of the Intelligent Enterprise by orchestrating the end-to-end process delivery roadmaps to rapidly transform data into valuable insights for customers.

Shiva is currently Senior Director with GE Healthcare, leading the global eCommerce Digital strategy and engineering as part of the Customer Digital Experience portfolio and site leader for the Digital Service Technology teams based out of Bangalore, India. As part of the eCommerce portfolio, he leads a global team of product management and engineering with a mission to deliver best in class digital selling channels that caters to a world-wide customer base for GE Healthcare’s multiple lines of business – equipment, parts sales, pharmaceutical diagnostics and digital apps.

Anshu Sharma Raja is Managing Director Retail Banking Technology at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role at the bank she is responsible for client and origination technology for over 30 global markets.

She is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience with premier investment banks and technology firms, developing product, solutions, and leading global programs. She has been recognized as one of the top 10 influential data science leaders in 2017 by Analytics India Magazine. She also sits on the Wiley Advisory Council and has co-authored the Innovation Black Book for Exponential technologies. Passionate about diversity ad inclusion she also mentors professionals on their career journey.

Meha is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Technology Infrastructure vertical at Societe Generale Global Solution Center (SGGSC) managing strategy, transformation, and finance operations. Her prior experience includes working with companies like Goldman Sachs, Gallup Consulting, and Myntra.

Meha is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, in addition to her day job and leads the efforts on Persons With Disability (PWD) initiative for SGGSC to help increase awareness and create an inclusive work environment, thereby furthering SG’s commitment towards D&I.

Meeta Verma has been the Product Manager with more than 10 years of work experience, working remotely on international platforms like Upwork and Upstack. She is the Founder and CEO of Worksera, a mentoring and freelancing platform for women professionals. She was selected for Women Startup Program 2017-18 by IIM Bengaluru and incubated at NSRCEL.

Meeta Verma was selected for Elevate 2018 program of govt. of Karnataka and through her venture Worksera, Meeta is working towards empowering women with remote work opportunities. Worksera is working with many start-ups, NGO’s and corporates matching their requirements with remote professionals and virtual teams on contractual basis.

Misha Joshi heads VMware Professional Services for India. In her role, she leads a Professional Services team of VMware experts to help CIO’s and their companies to accelerate IT and business transformation, leveraging VMware technology and deepen the understanding of how cloud computing can deliver business results.

Misha is a seasoned business leader with 19+ years of experience working with world-wide organizations across sales, service, management, customer experience, IT and business transformational programs.

Prior to VMware, Misha has worked with Infosys, IBM, Syntel, Fujitsu, and Vodafone India Limited. She has led multiple programs in software consulting/support for customers, enterprise mobility, service design, enterprise business solutions, cloud computing, and digital transformation.

Misha believes in bringing technology to work for profitable business growth and is helping customers do the same through her current role as Senior Director, Professional Services India at VMware.

An active member of Women in Technology forums, Misha also strongly believes in leveraging diversity of thought, gender and demography at the workplace. In addition to her day job, she mentors people and champions multiple initiatives in diversity and inclusion within and across organizations.
